ONI linkshell Rules:
1) Active/Non-Active members:
Until we have a linkshell management system implemented into the game, we will have 2 types of members, a) those that come to events with us, b) those that utilize ONI to socialize only (members not high enough to come to events, and members not interested in endgame events).
Activity will be calculated on our spreadsheet, your points will reflect how much, or how little you have participated in each event type.
2) Points:
Members coming to official ONI events (those events that happen on a weekly basis, where we gather together at a scheduled time) will receive points based on attendance. Members are able to earn up to 3 points per event.
Point breakdown:
a) 1 point = member comes late and leaves early
b) 2 points = member comes late or leaves early
c) 3 points = member comes on time and stays until the end of the event (maximum time for event participation is approximately 3hours at the moment).
Every event will have separate points, therefore members participating in one event will not be able to use those points in another event. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure your points are correct and updated.
3) Activity, Participation and Teamwork
We would like for our members to choose ONI as their linkshell. We must work as a team in order to accomplish our linkshell goals. Our members are free to play as they please, there is nothing obligating you to only keep our linkshell on all the time or to do events with ONI only. If you can not make some of our events due to schedule constraints or whatever u are more then welcome to go to those events with other linkshells, that run more convenient to your schedule. However, if any ONI member is in another linkshell that is competing with us on anything at the same time, (claim, entry, area, etc…) you at that point indicate that you are not part of our team and that you would rather be part of another team,… our Linkshell leaders will be encouraged to remove, kick / exile these types of members from our linkshell.
4) Communication, Code of Conduct
If you know ahead of time u will not be able to attend an event, we would like you to let the leader of that event know ahead of time.
Just like any business, not all the members are always going to get along with one another all the time. We simply ask that if you have a conflict with another member you do everything you can to resolve the conflict (preferably in /tells), before contacting a linkshell leader to resolve it for you.
I encourage everyone to use common courtesy, respect, and professionalism, in your communication with one another.
